TEMPLE OF TRUTH – “Funky Sanctuary” Album

Temple Of Truth produces everything from the slow, soft, and beautiful to the intense, driving, and powerful through synths, computers, strings, guitars, bass, horns, world percussion, vocals, and more.

Temple Of Truth draws its inspiration from many styles of electronic and acoustic music to create a sound that is both highly energetic and powerful and also lushly orchestral and organic in nature.

From reggae to drum and bass, from Indian ragas to West Coast hip-hop, Funky Sanctuary is a sonic sojourn throughout the world, all blended, sliced, sampled, and orchestrated into a seamless sound and spirit transporting machine.

AIRE REDTREE – “WHY?” Album

From upbeat affirmations to sorrowful social commentary, the diverse trip-hop and downtempo tracks from Aire Redtree’s new album, “WHY?,” are as powerful and uplifting as they are chill and soothing.

The album is part of the Beats For Peace Project and a portion of the album’s sales help cure the problems of hunger, homelessness and poverty, as they will be donated to the World Hunger Year organization.

The album is very original, yet reminiscent of genre-bending musical giants like Bjork, Portishead, Massive Attack, and Thievery Corporation.

THERESA KELLY – “Handshoes and Horsegrenades” Album

San Francisco’s immensely talented Theresa Kelly brings to us her somewhat political, somewhat personal, often imaginative and highly diverse songwriting in the form of her debut album, “Handshoes and Horsegrenades.”

Leaving behind her days as the lead singer of the band Jesus Loves Company, and her partnership in the female duo, Fair Iesa, Theresa Kelly’s solo album is a jazzy and soulful folk-rock odyssey whose sounds are reminiscent of influential artists such as Joan Baez, Cat Power, Bob Dylan, Regina Spektor and Fiona Apple.

Except for the track “Art of Destruction,” featuring members of Jesus Loves Company, “Handshoes and Horsegrenades” is entirely produced by Theresa Kelly, from the lead and backing vocals to the guitar, bass, piano, organ, harmonium tracks and more.

AARON AARTI – “Under The Sun and Moon” Album

“Under the Sun and Moon” is Aaron Aarti’s debut album as a singer/songwriter. It is a modern and experimental pop/rock album and its sounds invoke such popular heroes as John Lennon, George Harrison, Elliot Smith, Paul Simon, Peter Gabriel, Thom Yorke (of Radiohead), Bradley Nowell (of Sublime), and Nick Hexxum (of 311).

The album features haunting and memorable melodies, intricate synthscapes, funky and quirky beatscapes, traditional pop flavors mixed with eastern and electronica textures, electric violin, both very pure and much distorted vocals, and more.

It is also entirely written, performed, arranged, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Aaron himself.

TRIPFORM – “Reflections Of Life” Album

Pablo Manzarek (Tripform) brings sophisticated production to the Ambient, Glitch, Dubstep, and IDM sounds he is well-known for with his new full length album release, “Reflections of Life.”

Highly trained and very gifted ears and studio hands are just some of the many tools this experienced producer, record label owner, drummer, keyboardist, and son of The Doors’ keyboardist, Ray Manzarek, brings to the studio to bring us this deeply and highly moving art.

The album reflects his original style as well as such influences as Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, The Orb, Tipper, Square Pusher, Boxcutter, and more.

METAPHASE – “Firmament Illuminations” Album

What if Thievery Corporation and Massive Attack went to a club with Amon Tobin and Square Pusher and chilled with them at an afterparty? It might feel something like the sound of the new Metaphase album, “Firmament Illuminations.”

Sometimes mellow, and sometimes energetic, the new album from this veteran producer and DJ is a striking sonic journey in and between worlds of hip-hop, trip hop, IDM, ambient, downtempo, dub step, and drum and bass.
